Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all pin codes across India. At present, international shipping is not available.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date the order is confirmed.
After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the relevant details.
Delivery Timeline
Our standard delivery usually takes between 3–8 business days, allowing you to receive your fashion selections within a reasonable timeframe.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers can request that the order be delivered again.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photographic proof.
If a shipment is lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund after confirmation with the courier partner.
